it can't go on like this

Have you finally had enough of it?

Healthcare & social professions

  • You want to give your patients more than standard care. But time is short. Finding professional guidance or supervision often feels impossible. Meanwhile, the burden for you as a professional grows heavier.

Organizations and businesses

  • You keep searching for experts with real depth who think beyond the usual boundaries. But what you usually find are narrow perspectives, quick fixes, and superficial talks that don’t create lasting impact.

Caregivers and family members

  • Caring for people (with dementia) is a big challenge. You often feel left alone with your questions and doubts. Your worries keep you awake at night. Your own recovery and health are left behind.

People with a “diagnosis”

  • You’re searching for answers, but keep getting brushed off with standard protocols. Deep down, you know there are other solutions, yet the flood of information is overwhelming, all while you’re struggling with symptoms.

I know this from my own experience and I know:

There is another way...!

Josephine Green

With an awake view of the world, a critical thinking mind and open heart, I have been gathering expertise, experience, and insights for around 20 years on the question: How do people live in a way that is appropriate for their nature?

What makes them sick, recover, and become or remain happy?

This is how I have developed into a “one-woman multi-professional team.” A client once described me as a “unique combination of expert, compassionate human being, and visionary.” That sums it up quite well.

Frequently asked questions

Q1: How can you possibly have 20 years of professional experience? You still look so young!

Actually, it’s 23 years. I was born in 1986, and at just 16 I planned and led my very first movement/dance course. Since then, I’ve been working independently almost without interruption — while studying, researching, and continuously growing, both in my expertise and in my human expression.

The reason I still look so young has a lot to do with my lifestyle. I’ve always felt most at home in a natural, holistic way of living: I avoid chemicals in food, hygiene, cleaning products, and clothing. I reduce exposure to radiation as much as possible.

My “medicine” is natural food, pure water, light, and grounding.

Beyond that, I do deep inner work to release trauma that cause thought patterns, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that can make us sick — and old. It’s hard work. But it is liberating. That’s why today, I actually look 10 years younger than I did five years ago.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your energy and vitality — and want support that is both compassionate and motivating — let’s talk.

Q2: Can dementia be healed?

Research from the last decades shows that even after a diagnosis like dementia, health can be fully restored through holistic treatment, including detoxification, trauma release, and a consistent change of lifestyle.
If a full recovery is not possible, the brain, body, and soul can still be supported in many ways that strengthen resilience, restore balance, and tremendously increase the quality of life.

Q3: How much does your service cost?

A wide range of services is available, and new ones are constantly being added. Prices depend entirely on the scope and area in which you would like to work with me.

Packages are more affordable than individual sessions.

One-on-one consultations cost more than group offers. That makes sense, right?

I ask for your understanding that I cannot give you fixed prices.

All my services have been developed based on the needs of real people.

The package that YOU book may not even exist yet, because we will put it together together. Tailored individually to you and your wishes.

Let's have a chat, with no obligation, to see what you are looking for.

Q4: Where and for whom do you work?

I work as an independent expert and have no connections whatsoever to any institutions, associations, government organizations, or companies. That alone is (almost) unique.

I mainly work online, mostly via Zoom, which means I can support and advise clients all over the world.

In a few exceptional cases, I travel to projects or patients. Get in touch if you would like to apply for on-site collaboration.

Q5: What is gerontology and what does GeroHolistic mean?

Gerontology is the science of old age as a stage of life and aging as a process. It is a generalist field that combines many disciplines: public health, psychology, nursing science, lifelong learning, social sciences, and medicine, to name a few.

I call my approach GeroHolistic because in my work I look at influences on all levels (body, mind, emotions, spirituality, environment, etc.) = Holistic. From the moment we are conceived, all these levels determine how we grow, develop, and age = gero refers to everything related to aging.

Q6: Can I send you an email before booking an appointment?

Yes, of course.

To get in touch for the first time, you can send me an email at [email protected].

For anything beyond that, however, I will refer you back to my calendar. There are several reasons for this:

1. A conversation addresses/covers many more channels than the written word alone—facial expressions, gestures, choice of words, values, mood, tone of voice, harmony, and much more...

2. Misunderstandings are less common when talking to each other, or can be clarified more easily.

3. We can sense more quickly whether we feel comfortable with each other and want to work together = spend time together.

Conversations are much more effective and time-saving for getting to know each other: In a 30-minute “discovery conversation,” we learn much more about each other than we would by sending long emails back and forth over several days.

And after all, lifetime is one of our most precious commodities.
